We have two locations to choose from for our weekly classes and both are available to book online. You can choose to book a one off drop-in session or block-book by term (5 classes total).

Our Practice
A nurturing yoga experience that brings in a dynamic Vinyasa flow followed by a deeply restorative Yin practice. We begin with smooth, breath-led sequences to release tension, awaken the body, and build strength and vitality.
As the pace slows, the practice moves into longer, meditative Yin poses held in stillness to ease tightness, calm the nervous system, and encourage deep inner rest. Guided breathwork and relaxation complete the class, leaving you grounded, replenished, and balanced—mind, body, and soul.
Suitable for all levels, this class offers the perfect balance of movement and stillness, helping you restore energy and reconnect with calm wellbeing.
