Welcome to Calmways Yoga

I’m so happy to share that I’m bringing Calmways Yoga to two new local venues: Wallington Hall in Bradford on Avon and Marsh Farm in Hilperton. These beautiful, peaceful spaces are the perfect places to pause, breathe, and begin the journey back to yourself.

Flow & Restore

At Calmways Yoga, I guide you through a soothing, whole-body experience designed to support both physical and emotional wellbeing. My classes flow from gentle, energising movement into deeply calming, restorative poses. These are supported by conscious breathwork and guided relaxation. I aim to create a nurturing environment where your body can soften, your mind can settle, and your nervous system can truly rest.

My own yoga journey began in 2012 while I was living in Melbourne, during a time when I was searching for healing and a sense of connection. Yoga quickly became more than movement; it became a way to breathe, to cope, and to rediscover myself. I completed by teacher training in Thailand in 2014. It was there that I was introduced to yoga as a complete way of life. My training was rooted in the teachings of the Yoga Sūtras and the idea of calming fluctuations of the mind.

Over the years, my practice has shifted from striving and strength to stillness and self-study. I’ve since trained in Yin Yoga and love blending dynamic flow with long, restorative holds to create balance and harmony.

Alongside teaching, I work as a mental health trainer, and compassion and wellbeing sit at the heart of everything I offer. I would love to welcome you to class and share this gentle, grounding practice with you.
